The hotel was clean and perfect for family vacation. The room we booked was gorgeous and perfect on the first level. The pool bar was a plus.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Came here for family vacation, recommendable. Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, unbeatable location near the parks. The rooms were with a clean jacuzzi, we loved it.

Ideal location, EFFICIENT staff, all round great experience! An iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The facilities were good and easy to use. The pool on the premises was good.

Excellent service, fresh breakfast, cute location. We stayed in the private town house, it was extremely pleasant and the bed was really big. All staff were more than helpful to make our stay fun. The hotel was near the sand beach.

Loved my very nice stay for 2021 vacation. This hotel was set in a central area just off all parks, Orlando, the lake. Lucky that it was at a near distance from Nathan's Famous, offering food to go.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a nice area, adjacent to restaurants, the Disney Parks, stores and restaurants. Overall the staff was affable. The food was outstanding, and we had a nice time. Everything was simply great.

This relatively small hotel was decent value for money as contrasted with other options. Location was prime, staff were happy to help. Absolutely superb breakfast, terrific service. Generous breakfast, fab location for exploring Kissimmee. Hotel employees were amazing friendly. Sandy beach nearby, that was what I enjoyed. The pool had water slides and a whirlpool. Also with its consistent wifi I could post videos etc.

Very well decorated and very well decorated rooms, large breakfast, hard-working staff. Magnificent view, a nice balcony, spacious bed, too. The in-house restaurant was magnificent, impeccable service. With smooth check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was blissful.

I had a terrific stay here, good value for cost. I found fresh fruit, bacon, scrambled eggs, hot waffles and cheese to be fresh. Downstairs bar and well-maintained pool. Charming small hotel perfectly located in the city.

The stay was fabulous. It was a new generation hotel with a delightful view. The property was set in a peaceful area. Explored a creative haunted house, that is located not very far from the property. Soft bed, room was so comfy.

It is undoubtedly a superior option when in Kissimmee. We greatly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

It has GREAT setting. There's El Borrego within 15 minutes walk or so, thoroughly enjoyed their menu.
